Our signature whiskey is aged for 3 years in new American oak barrels, then aged for 6 months in a combination of Guadalupe Valley Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels and Northern California Tawny Port barrels.

REVÉS WHISKEY AZUL
A small batch limited edition release of 2,000 bottles. Our 6 year old blue corn whiskey celebrates Mexican heritage with a natural non-GMO corn from native blue corn originating in Mexico. Blue corn has been harvested for thousands of years in Mexico. It contains approximately 20% more protein than yellow or white corn. The intense blue color is the result of its rich content of anthocyanins, an antioxidant commonly found in blueberries.
